| Our data center, website, and many of our support services are managed by Cross Country Computer Corporation, whose 20,000+ square foot facility is protected by an ADT security system and the local police station is located less than 2 miles from the building. Cross Country utilizes hand-scan identification technology and there are security cameras at all exits and entrances. Data files are cataloged in a Tape Management System and stored in a tape library within a secure data center. Data center access is restricted to authorized personnel with an additional hand-scan security system that limit access to specified, and more restrictive, time frames. Activity is recorded to a separate computer system in the finance department, which has its own security system. The network systems are firewalled using enterprise-class network perimeter protection. We offer 128-256 bit encryption when exchanging critically sensitive data with clients. The building is equipped with fire and smoke detectors and an independent sprinkler system. Designated backups are done daily and cycled to a secured off-site storage facility via insured and bonded courier weekly. Prior master files and recent transaction files are cycled off-site monthly to Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM). In-house, multiple historical copies of client master files are maintained for a specified duration, as are copies of final output tapes. All employees sign employment agreements. |
